Tiki in Venice
Ingredients + Method
Ingredients:Roby Marton Gin (Italian Super Premium Gin), Asparagus Beer, Gentian Honey, Ginger Bitter, Sherry Fino, Liquorice. Procedure: The technique used for Tiki In Venice is “throwing”, which consists in pouring all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and pouring it into another shaker in order to oxygenate the beer and consequently change the consistency and dilution of the carbon dioxide and yeast contained in the beer. The Gentian honey gives to the cocktail a sweet note in contrast to the ginger bitter and beer. Garnish the cocktail with a stick of liquorice and aromatic herbs.
