MASTER IN EVENTS MANAGEMENT

The Italian Chamber of Commerce for the UK is pleased to announce the launch of a brand new course: Master in Events Management, starting October 2016 in London. The aim of the Master is to train ambitious, talented young people able to manage the process of design, planning and organization of events. The Master is a professional course focusing on practice. Recipe by Luciano Stoto – Chef at Gatti’s restaurant
|
Beef Fillet Mignon with Primavera gnocchi with cheese basket garnish
Ingredients: 220g prime beef fillet, 30g green peppercorns, 25ml brandy x 2…
Method: Pan fry the beef fillet with the thyme and garlic clove for 5 minutes. Remove the fillet from the frying pan and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Melt the knob of butter in a frying pan and simmer for few minutes with the green pepper corn. Read more….
