ECOBUILD 2018

Ecobuild is the world’s largest event for sustainable construction, home automation, renewable energy and energy efficiency. The fair, welcoming approximately 25,400 visitors each year, 88% of which are managerial level or above, is a unique showcase for the internationalisation of all Italian companies active in the sector. The event will put sustainability firmly at the forefront of the agenda, as it was in the 2017 edition. FLAT TAX: ITALY OPENS ITS DOOR TO THE RICH NOT RESIDENT

By order of Agenzia delle Entrate dated 8th March 2017, which the provision of Article 1, paragraph 152, of Law December 11, 2016, n. 232 (2017 Legge di Bilancio), has inserted (into TUIR) the article 24-bis. In essence, a special fiscal discipline (Flat Tax) is introduced as an alternative to the ordinary fiscal discipline in order to encourage investment, consumption and the rooting of families and high potential individuals in Italy by non-residents.
