Welcome to another TechTuesday with WeBizz! Today we are sharing 3 tips for your online communication during summer.
Focus on “summer-ish” content
Steer away from ordinary content during this season for a few different reasons.
Many of you must be closing the office for some days unavailable to start a new business or schedule appointments with customers. You customers might also be on vacation and are not available to search for your services and buy your products.
That does not mean they are not online. They are playing with their smartphone from the beach and looking for interesting readings in this free time.
That is why you should produce valuable content which can prepare your customers to buy your services once they are back from vacation. How could you do that, an example? If you sell flooring services, you may prepare articles with collections of inspiring settings.
Keep an eye on Google Trends to better understand your customers’ online search behaviour during summer and provide them with the most relevant content.
Focus on display campaigns
Since your customers might not be proactively searching online for your services/products, you must focus on display campaigns in order to reach your customers while they are surfing the web. For example, your customers could see your banner and click on it when they are on social media or on news websites.
Remember. If you do not have any specific summer offer, focus on value and not commercial content.
Be mobile-friendly
Your customers are most likely not in front of a PC. Reach them on their mobile with “mobile-friendly” content – readable and easy to navigate from a mobile device. If you are already running web campaign, you could increase your bid on mobile.
