On the 20th November, during the Italian Cuisine Week in the World 2019, the ICCIUK will organise the round table EU protected food names: opportunities and challenges in today’s changing market.
The event - intended for an audience of journalists and F&B professionals - will also serve as a press conference / launch event of the EEQF project.
The speakers at the round table, moderated by the journalist Enrico Franceschini (La Repubblica), will be:
- Libero Giovanni Stradiotti, President of the Consorzio Tutela Provolone Valpadana;
- Stefano Ricagno, Vice-President of the Consorzio per la Tutela dell’Asti DOCG;
- Giulia Pussini, Events Manager of the Consorzio di Tutela Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG
- Giorgio Locatelli, owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Locanda Locatelli, author and TV personality;
- Peter McCombie MW, International Wine Challenge judge, journalist and trade consultant.
At the end of the discussion, a light lunch will be prepared using the products of the project partners.
