Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ITALIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY FOR THE UK will be held at Intesa Sanpaolo, 90 Queen Street EC4N 1SA  on 31st May 2016 at 16.45 (first notice) or 17.00 (second notice).

for the following purposes:

1. The approval and passing of the 2015 Accounts of the Chamber, consideration of the report of Auditors thereon, and Report of the Chamber’s proceedings submitted by the Council;

2. The programme for the year 2016 along with 2015 activities submitted by the Council;

3. The election, re-election and resignation of the Members of the Council; Approval of the election of Executive Vice Presidents to the Council.

4. The appointment of Auditors and two Honorary Auditors;

5. Any other business to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting.

The relevant documents will be available at the meeting place or mailed on request.

We are pleased to inform you that H.E. Ambassador Pasquale Terracciano will attend the meeting. The meeting will be attended also by Lazzaro Pietragnoli, Mayor of Camden 2014-2015, Alessandro Forte, Co-writer of the book on the history of the Chamber (130th anniversary) and Sharokh Koussari, Partner, DWFM Beckman Solicitors, expert on Iran.
