Antonio Cappella scrive: “Ciao Stefano, buon anno. Come stai? e come vanno i tuoi business londinesi? Antonio.”

The Director of Sales – 51 Buckingham Gate Hotel – scrive:
“Dear Mr. Ligi Thank you very much for your email and I am sorry if I didn't receive your previous one earlier. I would be delighted to continue our partnership on having one of your graduates on an internship. I really enjoyed having Enrica with us for the last few months and I feel that both Enrica and myself, as well as the rest of the Sales and Marketing team found her internship very rewarding and of incredible help to us. Furthermore, I found Matteo a very good candidate and I shall be responding to his email today confirming that I will be very happy for him to join us as soon as he finds it suitable with a 3 month internship and if we wish to extend the period I will be happy for him to do so to enhance his learning process. After the success with Enrica - I believe she has accepted a work offer now as a sales coordinator at a London hotel - I am sure that Matteo will be able to follow her steps if he puts as much effort and dedication as I feel he will do. I very much look forward to hearing from you.” Best Wishes Araceli

The HR Manager – Meliá White House Hotel – scrive:
"Cristina has done an excellent job in our department over the past 6 months. She has demonstrated continuous commitment, dedication, hard work and professionalism throughout her internship with us and was highly regarded by all colleagues and team members. She has contributed to our team with her friendly personality, her language skills, her professional experience and knowledge, and her aptitude to continuously develop and progress further. It has been a pleasure working with her and more so, to observe and be part of her progression over the past few months, and I am confident that she will continue developing her skillset with the same dedication and professionalism. I would strongly recommend her to any future employer, and I am certain that she will be a valuable asset to any team that she will join in the future." Denise Muehe

Enrica has spent her first few days at the hotel getting to know the hotel (company induction), the team (team introductions) and reading the generic standards of the hotel (answering phones, email etiquette, etc). She has also been reading the 51 Buckingham Gate and CP manuals to get to know the product and has spent one-to-one time with each of the members of the sales team. She has already starting working with the team in some sales related projects such as competitor rate shopping (on the phone with a given script), assisting with the preparation of documents for sales visits including updating the list of appointments for my next sales trip and helping with the Opera database. She is a very pleasant girl and already adding value to the team as is eager to learn. Obviously hotels are totally new for her so there is a lot for her to learn but I trust that within the next few weeks she will be able to demonstrate understanding of the sales and marketing function within a hotel.

Morena worked for the first week in our amenities, delivering VIP supplements to the rooms, etc. She has just completed her cross training in all departments in the hotel and is now concentrating on the on-the-job training. She seems a little overwhelmed by the size of the hotel, but the fact that she is here and shows great interest and enthusiasm speak good for her and shows how passionate she is about the job. She integrated well, she looks to be comfortable shadowing someone.

Tinì and Angela are working well and have fitted in to both of their teams well. Tinì does need to develop her English a little more, but other than that all is well from our end so hopefully they are also enjoying their experience here. The feedback I have from our Food and Beverage manager is that Elio is settled in very well. He is very reliable, always punctual and a great team player, so it’s all good news from us!

Bruno is doing well and is giving us support. Of course he needs step by step to be confident with the matter and sales activities. Actually he demonstrate a positive attitude and a proactive cooperation.
